Official Sign-up Requirements
1.
Decide which Big Amazon Fish trip you
will take and when.
2.
Book trip online or fill out, sign, date, and mail in Reservation & Indemnification Forms .
3.
Call 1-877-921-3474 if you have any questions.
Individual Payment Requirements
4.
Pay $1,500 deposit (pay online or send in
payment with the above forms to
solidify trip reservation).
5.
Pay remaining balance of trip (charge
card or send in payment no later than 90 days before trip).
Flight Preparation
6.
In coordination with
Big Amazon Fish, book your international airfare to Manaus, Brazil.
7.
Email your itinerary
to Big Amazon Fish.
8.
If an additional payment is made by check, Big
Amazon Fish also arranges your international airfare.
Documentation Preparation
9.
Obtain current passport (document
cannot expire sooner than six months after trip date).
10.
For your protection, we highly recommend you obtain
travel
insurance for the trip.
11.
Obtain Brazilian visa (apply
no sooner than 90 days before trip).
Medical Preparation
12.
Visit doctor and receive medical consultation for traveling in
the Amazon region of Brazil.
13.
As prescribed by your doctor, receive necessary immunizations and obtain vaccination
card.

14.
